You are not alone. Approximately one in four people in the UK experience a mental health problem every year. Since the COVID 19 pandemic, this figure will increase even further. As a qualified and experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, I can help you with range of mental health issues including anxiety and depression, bereavement, relationship problems, self-harm, personality disorders, life transitions and change.
In addition to my private practice where I see people from a range of backgrounds, I also work with the award winning charity MumsAid and Greenwich Carers Centre and have specific experience working with pregnant women and mums, and carers and people with physical and mental disabilities .
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings and the challenges you face. I am currently meeting with clients either over the phone or over live video chat.
