NEED TO TALK?
You are not alone. Approximately one in four people in the UK experience a mental health problem every year. Since the COVID 19 pandemic, this figure has increased even more. As a qualified and experienced UKCP and HCPC accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, I can help you with range of mental health issues including anxiety and depression, bereavement, relationship problems, self-harm, personality disorders, life transitions and change. My youngest clients are 18 and my oldest clients have been 70+! I see clients from a range of backgrounds, cultures and who are straight or LGBTQ+, both men and women who are either single, married or partnered.
In addition to my private practice where I see people from a range of backgrounds, I also work with the Courtauld Institute, the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education and have specific experience working with refugees, pregnant women and mums, students and young professionals. I also have experience working with carers and people with physical and mental disabilities.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings and the challenges you face. I am currently meeting with clients either over the phone or over live video chat.
"Life’s path can sometimes feel like a maze. We can think we are heading one way but find ourselves following another. We can wander off in unexpected directions and lose ourselves. We or our loved one can be knocked off course, leaving us disoriented. If you find yourself stuck, lost, at a cross-road or in a complete dead end, it’s good to talk. I am here, ready to listen and help you on your journey".
